Explore the interesting spice plantations around Stone Town on a day tour.
Zanzibar is known as the 'spice island' because of its many spice farms. Visit these farms, and the Persian Baths built by the first sultan of Zanzibar.
Start the day tour with a visit to the spice farms on the island where you will find cloves, vanilla, nutmeg and cardamom. You will also be introduced to interesting medicinal and ornamental plants as well as various tropical fruit.
The tour also takes you to the Persian baths in Stone Town built by Seyyid Said in 1850 for his wife and grand-daughter.
