Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by a representative for your road transfer to Arusha Airport where you board your scheduled flight to the nearest airstrip to Tanzania Under Canvas. Daily flights depart at 08:30 and 13:00. You will be met by a representative from the camp for your game-drive transfer to your grand, tented accommodation.
The location of these migratory camps is carefully plotted to coincide with the documented movements of the annual great migration as it traverses the Serengeti plains, so you will be able to get as close as possible to this wildlife spectacle. Daily activities include game drives, with plenty of fantastic photographic opportunities.
- Days 4-5: Grumeti Reserves
- Itinerary
Enjoy an early morning breakfast before your game drive transfer to the airstrip where you board your scheduled flight. You will be met upon arrival at Sasakwa Airstrip for a short game drive transfer to the Sasakwa Lodge.
Spend 2 nights in a luxurious cottage with a private living room, veranda, garden and heated infinity plunge pool. Activities in the Grumeti Reserves, bordering the Serengeti National Park, include game drives in open vehicles, walks, nights drives, horse riding, mountain biking and archery.
Between outdoor activities you can be pampered in the spa, which features a steam room, relaxation area, hydrotherapy tub, gymnasium, yoga room and 2 therapy rooms for treatments. Your stay includes 1 hour of complimentary spa treatment.

- Days 6-7: Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area
- Itinerary
After breakfast, enjoy a game drive transfer to the airstrip, where you board your scheduled flight to Manyara Airstrip. You will be met by a representative from Ngorongoro Crater Lodge for your road transfer (approx 2 hr) to the lodge.
Spend 2 nights at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge in a sumptuous double suite tended by a butler. Activities include one game drive on the crater floor.
Additional activities may be booked directly at the lodge, subject to extra cost and availability of vehicles. Such activities include excursions to Olduvai Gorge and Shifting Sands, a visit to a Masai village and walks at Empakai Crater. Massages are also offered for those who need to relax after a day's game viewing.
