The east coast of Zanzibar Island features several establishments on the beach, ranging from small and intimate properties to larger resorts. Great lodges can be found on Pemba Island, as well as very exclusive accommodation on the private Mnemba Island and upmarket lodges that offer great snorkelling and diving on Mafia Island.
