Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and board your connecting charter flight to Lion Sands Ivory Lodge in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. Relax and settle in at this exclusive safari lodge before sitting down to a delicious 3-course dinner of African delicacies beneath a large mahogany tree.

Set out in an open vehicle in search of the abundant wildlife in this private reserve. Enjoy sightings of the Big 5 on day and night game drives, or opt for a guided bush walk for a different experience of this wilderness.

After breakfast, return via charter flight to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. On arrival, you'll be met and transferred to The Peech Hotel for the night.

An early start will see you on your way back to OR Tambo International Airport for your charter flight to Pemba. From here, a short flight will take you to the exotic Medjumbe Private Island.

Spend your days in sheer paradise, lazing in a hammock or taking a walk along the beautiful, unspoilt stretch of beach. Slip into some scuba gear and explore the turquoise waters or go snorkelling on the pristine coral reefs. A host of water-based activities will keep the more active-minded happy as they can indulge in windsurfing, waterskiing, fishing and sailing.

Make the most of life on this remote and uninhabited island as you enjoy quiet picnics and private dinners with your table at the ocean's edge and your feet in the water. At only 1km long and 500m wide, this island is the perfect secluded escape for the last week of your adventure.

Enjoy one last breakfast on the island before transferring by charter flight to Pemba, and your own onward arrangements.
