Spend the next few days exploring this fascinating and beautiful city and its surroundings. You could visit historic Robben Island, take the cable car up Table Mountain, and hire a car to drive around the Cape Peninsula, not forgetting of course to stop at Boulders Beach and Cape Point. If fine food and wine are your thing, then make sure you fit in a trip to the scenic Cape Winelands.

There are many restaurants and eateries at the Waterfront for your evening meal but you could also watch an ocean sunset one evening with a meal at nearby Camps Bay, the fashionable heart of the Atlantic seaboard.

Catch a scheduled flight from Cape Town to Nelspruit where a private air transfer will take you to Exeter River Lodge, an exquisite safari camp set in the exclusive Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. Settle in and enjoy the rest of the day as you relax on the lodge's deck overlooking the Sand River. If there's enough time, you could head off for a late afternoon game drive.

Head out to explore the spectacular Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve on expertly-led morning, late afternoon and early evening game drives. The area is well-known for its excellent game viewing and it's not unusual for guests to spot the famous Big 5 in just a couple of drives. There's a wide range of other classic African mammals as well, and the bird watching is superb.

You'll learn a great deal about the local environment from your experienced ranger as they will introduce you to the smaller natural wonders of the Sabi Sands Reserve when you go on a mid-morning game walk after breakfast.  

Alternatively, relax at the lodge and enjoy game viewing from the deck overlooking the river or cool off in your own private plunge pool.   

Transfer by air to Nelspruit where you'll catch a scheduled flight to the Mozambican coastal town of Vilanculos. From here, a scenic helicopter ride will take you to your next romantic location: Azura Lodge. Located on unspoilt Benguerra Island, Azura offers barefoot Indian Ocean luxury at its best.

Today you will transfer to the Peech Hotel in the upscale neighbourhood of Melrose in Johannesburg where you can relax before travelling to Benguerra Island.

While having a delicious breakfast, plan a day filled with activities including snorkelling and diving, dhow cruises to deserted beaches, or a tour of the island's inland lakes and villages.

Between these activities you can lounge on your day bed or take romantic walks on the beach followed by a picnic.

Watch the sun set as you sip champagne or lie in your bath and enjoy the views. Afterwards, indulge in fresh, local seafood while dining on the beach.

A helicopter will take you to the Vilanculos Airport where you board your outbound flight to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
