Enjoy white water rafting, bungee jumping, and helicopter flights against the backdrop of the incredible Victoria Falls, known as the adventure capital of Africa. From here you'll travel to Botswana and into the Chobe National Park where you'll enjoy a range of game viewing activities and drinking in this incredible wilderness.

Itinerary Highlights

  • Stay at an affordable hotel close to the Vic Falls
  • Take a relaxing cruise down the Chobe River
  • Search for big game in Chobe National Park
  • See giant herds of elephant roaming Chobe

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at the Victoria Falls

Arrive at Livingstone Airport today where you'll be met and transferred to the Zambezi Sun, your home for the next two nights. Only minutes from the Victoria Falls, this is an excellent base from which to experience the Falls and the many adventurous activities in the area. You can also spend your first afternoon relaxing beside the spacious central swimming pool area or at the pool bar.

Day 2

Enjoy adventure at the Falls

Today is yours to indulge in the many activities that Livingstone has to offer. Dare a bungee jump from the Victoria Falls Bridge or white water raft down the Zambezi. The Zambezi Sun can also arrange thrilling helicopter and microlight flights over the Zambezi River, elephant-back safaris, and river cruises. (We recommend you book these in advance to avoid disappointment)

Take a stroll through the Victoria Falls National Park and marvel at this, the world's largest sheet of falling water, taking advantage of the incredible photo opportunities. Alternatively, lounge by the hotel's pool or try your luck at the casino.

Days 3-4

Search for game in Chobe National Park

Today you will enjoy both a boat and a road transfer into Botswana. Once you've cleared customs and immigration for both Zambia and Botswana, you'll carry on to the Chobe Safari Lodge. Located in the town of Kasane which borders the Chobe National Park, this will be your home for the next two nights - the perfect base from which to explore this incredible park.

Chobe National Park is well-known for its large concentration of elephants during the dry season (between July and October). Spend your time on game-viewing excursions like game drives, nature walks and even a boat cruise down the Chobe River - the perfect way to view the hippos gliding through the water. After a day spent in the wilderness, return to the lodge to cool off in the pool before relaxing at the bar with a refreshing sundowner in hand.

Day 5

Say goodbye to the wilderness

Your tour comes to an end today as you transfer back to Livingstone Airport in Zambia by road and boat, arriving in time for your outbound flight.
