Settle in and make plans to explore Cape Town! Head out the next day on a drive around the peninsula and its many attractions: take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, go shopping at the V&A Waterfront, suntan on Camps Bay beach or enjoy a trip out to Robben Island or Cape Point via the penguin colony at Boulders Beach - the choice is yours.

Days 3-4

Explore the Cape Winelands

Say goodbye to Cape Town and head off into the beautiful Cape Winelands, an area close to Cape Town and home to gorgeous traditional towns and sweeping wine estates in an Alpine-style setting.

Arrive at luxurious Franschhoek Country House and Villas in Franschhoek, a pretty mountainside town and home to the finest gourmet dining in the country as well as amazing wineries.

Spend the next two days exploring this famously scenic region: you can enjoy a horseback ride through the vineyards, embark on a wine and chocolate tasting excursion, visit little boutique shops or just revel in the romantic ambience of the area.

Days 5-6

Marvel at the scenic Panorama Route

Today you'll drive back to Cape Town and catch a flight to Nelspruit, right in the heart of one of South Africa's most scenic regions - the Panorama Route.

Pick up your new rental car and make your way to Oliver's Restaurant and Lodge, a luxury Austrian-style accommodation situated next to the beautiful White River Golf Course.

Spend some time exploring the region enjoying scenic trips to the region's nearby highlights such as the Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Luck Potholes and God's Window. Stay closer to the lodge and play a round of golf on the exceptional Leopard Creek Golf Course, usually reserved for members only.

Game drive in the Sabi Sands

The afternoon sees a delicious high tea served before you head out on another game drive. Enjoy a sunset stop at a scenic spot for sundowner drinks before continuing the drive in the growing dark armed with a powerful spotlight in search of Sabi's nocturnal creatures.

Return to camp for a delicious African-inspired meal under the stars.
