Your African family holiday begins today as you arrive in beautiful Cape Town and collect your rental car from Cape Town International Airport. From here you'll make your way to the More Quarters Apartments.

This historic buildling is situated in the heart of Cape Town's main district and offers an ideal place from which to explore the city. Unwind with a treatment at the spa, relax in your spacious rooms or set out to discover Cape Town with your family.

The next two days are spent enjoying the highlights of Cape Town, one of Africa's most popular holiday destinations. Entertain the children with a visit to Boulders Beach and its resident penguin colony, or stroll around the ever-magnificent Two Oceans Aquarium in the V&A Waterfront.

Drive down to Camps Bay or one of the Clifton beaches to soak up the sun at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean or take a thrilling cable car ride up Table Mountain. A short boat trip will bring you to historic Robben Island where you can visit the prison in which Nelson Mandela was held during the struggle years.

For the more adventurous, there is a host of exciting activities on offer including shark cage diving in nearby Gansbaai or wind surfing at Blouberg Beach. A trip to the famous Cape Winelands will have parents tasting exquisite local wines while the children can tuck into delicious food or run around on beautiful lawns.

Today you will say goodbye to Cape Town as you travel to Sun City where you'll be spending the following two nights in The Cascades, the grand old lady of Sun City.

Internationally renowned as one of the world's most exotic and extravagant holiday resorts, Sun City offers virtually endless entertainment. By day, it's a holiday paradise with golf courses, an artificial beach, croc farm, waterpark and neighbouring Big 5 game reserve vying for your attention. By night Sun City is a glitzy hub of restaurants, bars and casinos and it often hosts spectacular shows.

Say goodbye to Sun City as you catch your next flight to Hoedspruit Airport where you'll be met and transferred to the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.

Known for its spectacular game viewing, Sabi Sands borders the unfenced Kruger National Park and offers an unforgettable safari experience. Arrive at Ngala Safari Lodge, a colonial-style family safari lodge where you'll enjoy excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere and activities that the whole family will enjoy.

The following two days are spent enjoying early morning and late afternoon/early evening game drives in open-sided safari vehicles to see the Big 5, plus many other classic African animals - help the children spot their first giraffe and elephant as you explore this environment under the watchful eye of expert rangers.

Spend the hottest part of the day back at the lodge, cooling off in the pool or taking an afternoon nap. The children will be entertained with interesting wildlife videos or can even help the chef out in the kitchen. Sit down to delicious candlelit dinners in the evening and share stories around the campfire.

Enjoy one last game drive on your way out of Sabi Sands and head over to Hoedspruit Airport where you'll catch a flight back to Johannesburg. On arrival, you'll be met and transferred to the Peermont Metcourt, a contemporary and modern hotel situated close to OR Tambo.

Enjoy a relaxed evening at the hotel or head out on the town for a drink and gourmet dinner at one of Johannesburg's top restaurants as you prepare for the next exciting leg of the tour.

This morning you'll catch a short flight to Vilanculos in Mozambique whereupon you'll catch another swift charter flight to Indigo Bay Island Resort and Spa, a luxury beach resort situated on Bazaruto Island, the largest in the Bazaruto Archipelago.

This resort not only boasts elegance and luxury throughout but it also has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with its thatched chalets dotted through the gardens and along the perfect white beach.

These days are yours to relax on the beach, swim in the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean or head out on a scuba diving excursion. The more adventurous might enjoy dune boarding, horse riding, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing.

And while you enjoy a relaxing spa treatment or a quiet walk on the beach, your children will enjoy their own entertainment at the Indi Kidz Club, open from 8am to 5pm daily and offering professional care and tailored entertainment.

Bid farewell to tropical Indigo Bay today as you catch your charter flight back to Vilanculos. From here you'll board your return flight to Johannesburg whereupon this memorable tour will come to an end.
