Day to Day Itinerary

Days 1-3

Old-world luxury in Cape Town

Arrive in Cape Town and enjoy a scenic transfer to the legendary Mount Nelson Hotel, located right in the heart of beautiful Cape Town. Enjoy three nights at this luxury hotel with its old-world charm and glamour, excellent service and top-class facilities.

It is the perfect base from which to explore Cape Town. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and a host of great restaurants, bars and night clubs are just minutes away. Venture out of the city centre to visit the popular city beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton or enjoy a day out in the ever-scenic Cape Winelands.

Days 4-5

Experience a luxury rail adventure

Today transfer to Cape Town Station and board the ultra-luxurious Rovos Rail train for your two-night journey to Pretoria. Your accommodation on the journey will be in one of the most spacious and luxurious train suites in the world. The use of traditional furnishings and period décor ensures an atmosphere of elegance and grandeur in the train's dining, lounge and observation cars.

Day 6

Spend a night in Johannesburg

After arriving in Pretoria transfer to Fairlawns Boutique Hotel, a luxury hotel situated in an upmarket suburb of northern Johannesburg. The hotel offers many facilities including swimming pool, manicured gardens, and an in-house health and beauty centre.

Days 7-9

Enjoy an exclusive safari experience

Your last three nights will be spent at the stunning and elegant Singita Ebony Lodge, set in the renowned Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.

Sabi Sand is known for its spectacular game viewing - not least its incredible leopard sightings. Morning and early evening game drives traverse an area of some spectacular terrain in search of elephant and buffalo herds, white rhino, lion and other predators.

Enjoy other memorable activities including guided nature walks, moonlit bush dinners, mountain bike excursions, and a visit to a local Shangaan village.

Day 10

Say farewell to the Sabi Sand

Fly back today to Johannesburg where your tour will end upon arrival.
