Day to Day Itinerary

Days 1-3

Discover the Samburu

After arriving in Nairobi, transfer to the nearby Wilson Airport and board a charter flight to the beautiful Samburu National Reserve. The small and beautiful Saruni Safari Lodge is ideally located in the Kalama Wildlife Conservancy and offers exceptional views of the vast, open Samburu National Reserve.

Embark on day and night drives with expert guides as you search the reserve for elephants, leopards, and giraffe. Learn the folklore and survival techniques of the local Samburu community on a cultural visit.

Days 4-6

Explore the Masai Mara

Enjoy your last breakfast in the Samburu and prepare for your charter flight to the renowned Masai Mara - Kenya's flagship park. Home not only to the wildebeest migration, the Masai Mara is world-famous for its year-round concentrations of predators, abundant plains game, and great bird watching.

Saruni Mara is your home for the next three nights and is an intimate and deluxe safari camp located in a private concession bordering the Masai Mara. There's plenty to experience including day and night drives, as well as bush walks - each providing the opportunity for bush picnics along the way.

Built to exacting environmental standards, Saruni Mara blends wildlife conservation and cultural exchanges and also offers a wellness spa with a variety of soothing and invigorating treatments.

Day 7

Fly back to Nairobi

After breakfast, transfer to the bush airstrip and fly back to Wilson Airport. From here you’ll transfer to the international airport for your outbound flight.
