Magnificent Cape & Madikwe for the Family

Arrive at Cape Town International Airport today where you'll be met and transferred to The Grand Daddy, a trendy hotel located in the heart of the Mother City.

The hotel is ideally situated in the vibrant Long Street within walking distance of a wide range of local stores, markets, restaurants and cafe's - the perfect location from which to explore the city centre on foot.

The next three days are yours to experience all that this city has to offer.

Take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain where you can gaze over the city and the ocean. Enjoy a ferry ride across Table Bay and visit the historic Robben Island or visit Cape Point and the nearby Boulders Beach where the children will love meeting the local penguin colony.

Visit the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton where you can relax on the pearly white sand and build sandcastles or take the children to Ratanga Junction, Africa's biggest theme park. You could also take a day trip to the beautiful Cape Winelands and taste a wide range of exquisite local wines while meandering through these scenic valleys.

Today you will transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Once here, you will be driven to South Africa's North West Province and the Madikwe Game Reserve.

You'll be spending the next three nights at the luxurious Jaci's Safari Lodge, perfectly located for an excellent big game safari as you explore this beautiful wildlife rich area.

Go on early morning and evening game drives to search for the resident wildlife and spend the hottest part of the day relaxing beside the swimming pool, which offers views of the river below. Alternatively, curl up with your book in the upstairs reading room.

There's also a kiddies' play area to make sure the little ones are always entertained.

After one last delicious breakfast in the wilderness, transfer back to Johannesburg for your onward travel arrangements.
