Ultimate Grand African Voyage

Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you'll be met and transferred to nearby Wilson Airport for your flight into the Masai Mara.

On arrival you will travel to the Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp, situated on the western boundary of the Masai Mara National Reserve. If time permits, head out on your first game drive in the afternoon to get acquainted with your spectacular surroundings before returning to the camp for dinner.

The following two days will be dedicated to exploring this world-famous game park, scanning its rolling savannahs for the Big 5 as you enjoy early morning and afternoon game drives.

Return to the camp between game drives to enjoy delicious meals, relax in the pool or take an afternoon nap - either in your comfortable tent or on the beautiful manicured lawns. If your timing is right and you visit the Masai Mara between June and November, you will catch the great herds of the wildebeest migration.

Kichwa Camp is the ideal place from which to witness this incredible spectacle as it's situated close to the crocodile-infested Mara River, the scene of dramatic river crossings. In the evenings you'll be entertained at camp as you watch traditional dancing by Maasai warriors or listen to an educational talk given by the in-house environmentalist.

Depart from Kenya today as you board a scheduled flight to Johannesburg in South Africa. Upon arrival, you'll transfer to the Peermont Metcourt where you'll spend your first night. Feel free to head out into this lively city to get a taste of its nightlife.

Return to OR Tambo International Airport this morning to catch your flight to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Here you'll be met and driven to The Victoria Falls Hotel, your home for the following two nights. Settle in and relax before planning which exciting activities you'll enjoy the following day.

Start your day of adventure early and head out to enjoy all that Victoria Falls has to offer. You can bungee jump from the Victoria Falls bridge, white-water raft down the Zambezi River or board a microlight or helicopter to view this magnificent sheet of falling water from the air.

Other activities include canoeing, elephant-back safaris, walking with lions and game drives. Experience Victoria Falls, 'The Smoke that Thunders', on a guided tour booked through your hotel or simply take a stroll through Victoria Falls National Park, enjoying the waterfall's surrounding rainforest and stopping at the view points for wonderful photo opportunities.

Bid farewell to Victoria Falls as you return to the airport and fly back to Johannesburg. Once here, you'll head back to the Peermont Metcourt for the night. Take the opportunity to explore nearby Emperor's Palace - an buzzing entertainment complex with a cinema, casino and many restaurants from which to choose your evening meal.

Board a scheduled charter flight to the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, bordering the world-renowned Kruger National Park. A representative from the Londolozi Varty Camp will meet you and take you to the lodge where you'll be staying for the following three nights.

Spend the following two days marvelling at the spectacular environment around you as you head out on thrilling morning, afternoon and evening game drives in search of the Big 5 and other classic African animals.

Return to the lodge during the hottest part of the day when the animals are at their least active, and enjoy a massage or spa treatment at the Londolozi Life Wellness Centre. You could also attend a yoga class or escape the heat with a dip in your room's private plunge pool. In the evenings, after a delicious meal, wander over to the lounge and its wooden deck and enjoy views of the Sand River as you reminisce about your day's activities.

Enjoy one final morning game drive before transferring back to the Londolozi airstrip for your flight to Johannesburg. From here you'll board a scheduled flight for Cape Town International Airport.

Once in Cape Town, you'll be met and transferred to The Mount Nelson Hotel, one of the most famous hotels in Africa, situated in the fashionable and convenient city suburb of Gardens and within walking distance of the city centre. The rest of the day is yours to either relax and unwind, enjoying the hotel's famous high tea or kicking off your exploration of this amazing, multi-faceted city.

The following two days are yours to explore and enjoy all that this vibrant and diverse city has to offer. Hike or take the cable car up Table Mountain, enjoy a boat ride to historic Robben Island or travel down the peninsula and visit the penguins at Boulders Beach on your way to Cape Point.

Head over to the city suburbs of Camps Bay and Clifton to relax on their beautiful beaches or stroll down the Camps Bay strip and take your pick of the area's many upmarket restaurants, cafés and bars.

A short walk from The Mount Nelson will bring you to buzzing Long Street as well as the city's markets, museums and art gallery while a visit to the ever-popular V&A Waterfront will have you shopping your day away or enjoying a sunset boat cruise on Table Bay.

Fit in another activity or two today before you're transferred back to Cape Town International in time for your ongoing travel arrangements.
