Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and board a scheduled flight to Botswana. Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you will be met and assisted onto a charter flight to Kings Pool Camp.

Kings Pool Camp is a small but luxurious tented camp located just outside the Chobe National Park and overlooking the remote and wild Linyanti River. It's an ideal position as you'll have the chance to explore both Chobe's Savute Channel region and the private Linyanti concession, which means exciting, spotlit night drives.

Settle in before heading to the camp's main area lounge, consisiting of an inviting pub, dining room and viewing deck, to meet your guide and fellow travellers.

Guests at Kings Pool are slap-bang at the centre of a truly amazing game viewing area and you'll head out on morning, afternoon and early evening game drives as well as guided walking safaris for an insight into this teeming ecosystem.

The area is famous for its large elephant and buffalo herds as well as being home to all the major predators - lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog and hyena. The general game viewing is non-stop - giraffe, zebra, hippo, wildebeest and so on, and keep an eye out for birds - this area is one of the country's top birding destinations.

Return to camp for a refreshing dip in the pool, built into the viewing deck and boasting exceptional views over the Linyanti River.

Today you will be driven to the local airstrip for your short flight to a private camp on Chief's Island in the Moremi Game Reserve - home to some of the best game viewing in Africa.

You'll be staying at Mombo Camp, one of Botswana's greatest safari lodges, and you'll spend the next two days exploring the area for its abundant wildlife. Its grassy plains and seasonal wetlands are simply packed with animals and the area has earned an international reputation as a great place to see predators.

In the evening, return to camp to relax on the open deck with a pre-dinner drink as you watch animals wandering below you, before settling down for a delicious meal.

This morning you will be transferred back to the airstrip for your flight to Vumbura Plains Camp. This luxury tented camp is situated on a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the northern region of the OKavango Delta.

Enjoy the option of both land and water-based activities at Vumbura: day and night game drives are offered as well as walking safaris which means that there'll be plenty of chances to spot big game - the area is home to all the classic species such as lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and buffalo and once again the bird watching is excellent.

You'll also explore your surroundings by mokoro (dugout canoe) or by motorboat, both great ways to experience the fascinating details of this pristine wilderness.

This morning you'll transfer back to the camp's airstrip for your scheduled flight to Maun. Once in Maun, you will board a flight back to Johannesburg where your tour will end.
