Sun City & Vic Falls Family Package

On arrival at Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport you will be met and transferred to the extraordinary fun-in-the-sun resort of Sun City. Check into the Cabanas Hotel and enjoy your first afternoon of activities together or lounge beside the pool with a cool drink while the children are entertained at Kamp Kwena.

Sun City offers a wide range of activities to suit everyone. Top of the list is a visit to the Valley of the Waves where you can sunbathe on an artificial beach, swim and bodysurf in the wave pool or brave the waterslides - naturally a huge hit with children. If you are keen for a taste of Africa's wildlife, there is great Big 5 game viewing at next-door Pilansberg National Park - you can go on game drives, elephant-back safaris or even a hot-air balloon ride.

Besides the two 18-hole championship golf courses there's a range of activities for the whole family on the recreational Sun City Lake, including pedalos, wake snakes and rubber ducks. Victoria Falls lies just a short walk away and is of course on your must-see list but you have two full days here and a wide range of activities to choose from. If you're up for an adrenalin adventure then there's bungee jumping, whitewater rafting and canoe safaris; if you want to do things a little more slowly, then enjoy a leisurely Zambezi boat cruise or an elephant-back safari.

Game drives are offered in the nearby Mosi Oa Tunya National Park and the bird watching is amazing anywhere along the river. You can also simply laze beside the hotel's centrally located pool, soaking up the warm African sun. A babysitting service is available to allow you to relax and unwind with peace of mind while your children are entertained by professionals.

The morning brings with it your transfer to Livingstone Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg where you will continue with your onward travel arrangements.
