The route of this exploration takes the time to explore the changing areas, natural beauty and continually moving game of northern. While staying in spacious mobile tents, you will engage in various activities including nature walks, game drives and mokoro trips.

The safari also provides the unique opportunity to experience the amazing 'Smoke that Thunders' - Victoria Falls.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1

Meet the Mighty Zambezi

Arrive in Livingstone, where a representative will transfer you to the Victoria Falls. Here you will enjoy a guided tour of the Falls - known as 'The Smoke that Thunders'. Transfer to The River Club, luxurious chalets on the banks of the Zambezi River where you will spend your first night.

Day 2

Cross the Border into Botswana

After breakfast, you leave Zambia and enter the Chobe National Park in Botswana by way of the Kazungula border - a point where Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe meet.

There are plenty of opportunities to spot the vast herds of elephant and unique antelope that this park is famous for. Board a catamaran-style boat and enjoy a light lunch while cruising along.

Depart by aircraft to the Linyanti region, from where you will be taken to the Linyanti Adventurer Camp. 

Day 3-4

Explore Linyanti

Over the next two days you will stay at the Linyanti Adventurer Camp where your accommodation is in the form of dome tents.

Look forward to early morning activities that will take you through the changing landscapes the region has to offer. Relax in hammocks after you have enjoyed lunch next to the reserve's stunning waterways.

Look forward to the great game viewing the perennial waters have to offer. 

Day 5-7

Camp in the Khwai

After a short flight you arrive at Khwai Adventurer Camp in the Khwai Community Concession, bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta.

Spend your first days at Khwai enjoying morning and afternoon game drives through the concession, as well as through the neighbouring Moremi Reserve, offering ample viewing opportunities of the varied wildlife. Night drives and guided nature walks are also on offer as well as cultural visits to the nearby Khwai Village.

You can enjoy sightings of lion, leopard and cheetah and even regular sightings of the rare wild dog can be expected.

Day 8-9

Explore the Delta waterways

Today you will take a scheduled light aircraft transfer to Xigera, positioned in a stunning riverine forest and offers a luxurious plunge pool for day time relaxation.

Spend your days within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. Permanent water year-round allows you to participate in a variety of activities.

Take a mokoro and glide through the peaceful Okavango waterways. Admire the glorious African sunsets with excellent birdlife spottings. When the water levels aren't too high, you will also have the chance of spotting game & the Delta landscape from a Land Rover.

You may also spot lion & leopard moving between the islands offering you excellent viewing opportunities as well great bird & antelope sightings.

Day 10

Transfer to Maun Airport

Bid farewell to the adventure as you board the light aircraft to Maun Airport.
