Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Tanzania

Arrive in Arusha where you'll be met by tour representative and driven to the luxurious Arusha Coffee Lodge. Enjoy the rest of the day as you relax at this beautiful accommodation or head into Arusha to check out the restaurants, bars, and markets.

Days 2-3

See the lions at Lake Manyara

Board a scheduled flight in Arusha and fly to the Manyara Airstrip. From here, you’ll transfer to the exclusive Lake Manyara Tree Lodge in the southern area of the Lake Manyara National Park. In the afternoon, relax on the deck of your tree house, keeping an eye out for the resident wildlife.

The next day you’ll embark on a game drive through the stunning Lake Manyara National Park to search for the park's famous tree-climbing lions as well as the large herds of elephant and buffalo.

Days 4-5

View the incredible Ngorongoro Crater

This morning, you’ll enjoy one last game drive before transferring to the impressive Ngorongoro Crater Lodge via the Manyara Airstrip. Enjoy a delicious dinner as you take in the breathtaking views of the famous Crater from the outdoor dining deck before retiring to the lounge for a nice cocktail.

After an early wake up, you’ll descend to the crater floor for a full day of game viewing in this ancient volcano, home to over 30 000 wild animals.

Days 6-8

Sleep under the Serengeti Stars

Enjoy breakfast before you transfer to the Manyara Airstrip for a scheduled flight to the Serengeti National Park. Embark on a small game drive as you make your way to the exquisite Klein's Camp

For the next three nights you’ll stay in spacious safari tents reminiscent of the old safari days. During the day set out in open-topped vehicles as you search the vast plains for the Big 5 and other wildlife.

Day 9

Say goodbye to Tanzania

After breakfast, you’ll drive to the Manyara Airstrip and board a scheduled flight to the Kilimanjaro Airport.
