This is an 8-day active safari including Uganda's highlights and primate tracking.

A luxury week long safari for the active, visiting Ugandan highlights such as Kampala, Kibale Forest & Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

You will have two fantastic & exciting opportunities to track gorillas as well as chimp tracking.

This safari is perfect in addition to a visit to Kenya and Tanzania.

Day 1: Stay In The Heart of Uganda
- Itinerary
  You will met by a representative who will transfer you to the Kampala Serena Hotel. You will spend your first night at this elegant hotel boasting delicious food and a water inspired theme.

Day 2-3: Chimp Tracking In Kibale
- Itinerary
  After breakfast, you will transfer to the west of Uganda to Fort Portal where you will enjoy a lovely lunch. Then head to the tropical Kibale Forest known for its chimp tracking (approximately 5 hours).
  The next day go for a walk in the Kibale Forest before returning to the lodge for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, head out and explore on foot the nearby swamp.

  Rustic and intimate lodge set in the beautiful surroundings of the Bunyaruguru Crater Field.

Day 4-6: Gorilla Tracking In Bwindi
- Itinerary
  This morning you'll travel to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where you will have a picnic lunch once you arrive. After lunch, settle into the Gorilla Resort Bwindi Camp for the next 3 nights.
  
  The spend the next 2 days on some exciting gorilla treks to 2 different gorilla families. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch before heading back to the camp.

Day 7: Unwind In Beautiful Kampala
- Itinerary
  This morning you'll head back on a picturesque drive to Kampala. Relax and unwind at the Kampala Serena Hotel before the end of your trip.

Day 8: Goodbye Lovely Uganda
- Itinerary
  Today you will transfer to the airport for your own further arrangements.
