Collect your vehicle from Cape Town International Airport and drive to your Cape Town hotel at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Alternatively, Go2Africa can arrange to transfer you to the hotel and deliver your vehicle there.

Days 2-3: See the Sights of Cape Town
Itinerary
Visit the many interesting sites in Cape Town. Ride up the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, or take a tour of Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned during apartheid.
There are many sandy beaches to laze around on, and where you can catch a tan, or take a scenic drive out to the Constantia Winelands for a day.
There are also many activities to interest children, such as seeing the baboons at Cape Point or the penguins at Boulder's Beach. Kids can also enjoy a treasure hunt in the Company Gardens, organised by the Iziko museum, or they can ride a horse or camel on Noordhoek beach.

Days 4-5: Explore the Winelands with your Kids
Itinerary
Drive through the Cape Winelands to your boutique hotel in Franschhoek, the gourmet capital of South Africa.
There is plenty to keep the little ones entertained. Take them to the toy museum, where young and old alike will be intrigued, or go on a tour of Le Bonheur Crocodile Farm where you will be able to touch a baby crocodile.
If you prefer some quiet time, go to a wine tasting at one of the many exquisite wine farms in the area, and enjoy the delicious food that the area is famous for.

Days 6-7: Drive Along the Coast to Grootbos
Itinerary
Grootbos is located on the Whale Coast, overlooking Walker Bay.
Younger customers are valued and Grootbos is full of activities for the whole family to enjoy. You can visit the stable and have a chance to feed the horses, chickens and rabbits.
Bug collecting at Grootbos is always a hit with children, as they run around the garden looking for interesting creatures.
Babysitters are available for parents who would like a quiet, relaxing dinner after a long day.

Days 8-9: Explore the Garden Route
Itinerary
Go to Adventure Land and excite your senses. There are amazing slides for the brave, and the not so brave. You can also hire quad bikes and go on the fun trail leading through part of the forest.
Visit the Wild Waters Fun Park, in Plettenberg Bay, where your children can splash around on slides and in pools.
Return to the Kurland Hotel for a peaceful evening away from the hustle and bustle of town. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to be surrounded by children.

Days 10-12: Safari at Kwandwe Private Reserve
Itinerary
Travel on to Kwandwe, in the Eastern Cape, where your children can go on special 1-hour bush walks and tracking activities, as well as pre-arranged frog safaris.
There is also an exciting kids menu for children to savour, with dishes such as Hippo's Hamburgers, Mongoose's Macaroni and Cheetah's Chicken nuggets.

Day 13: Drive Back Down to Cape Town
Itinerary
Drive to airport Port Elizabeth and fly back to Cape Town or take an alternative scenic drive back via route 62.
