Explore Zambia on game drives and bush walks, where you can spot elephant, antelope and a number of predators. Move on to the shores of Lake Malawi, where you can spend your days in the water with a number of watersports on offer.
- Day 1: Arrive in Lusaka
- Itinerary
On arrival at Lusaka International Airport, you will be met and escorted to your scheduled charter flight taking you to Jeki airstrip. An open 4x4 vehicle will transfer you to the camp, which will also serve as your first game drive in the area. On arrival at the camp, take some time to relax and settle into your riverside chalet, beautifully decorated in a minimalist style, with teak furniture and a large 4 poster bed.
Enjoy dining under the stars in the boma with a delicious 3-course meal prepared by the excellent French chef.

- Days 2-3: Game and Wildlife
- Itinerary
Wake up to a sumptuous buffet breakfast, and go on a morning game drive. Game viewing is excellent in the area, with no fences hindering the game in the park. Because of the camp's location, you can enjoy both water and land based game viewing activities. Spend half your time on boat and canoe safaris, and the other half on game drives and walks.
After an active day out you can return to your spacious and airy tent for a hot shower before dinner. On one night you could choose to arrange a romantic dinner for 2 in the privacy of your own tent.
- Day 4: Travel to South Luangwa
- Itinerary
A road transfer will take you back to the airstrip, where you will catch your scheduled charter flight to Mfuwe in South Luangwe. You have a choice of spending the next 3 nights at either Tena Tena or Nsefu Camp. Tena Tena lies on a bend of the Luangwa River, with accommodation in custom-made tents positioned in the shade of a grove of mahogany trees. You can spend relaxing afternoons sitting at the bar as you watch the elephant, hippo and antelope on the river banks.
Nsefu Camp is 12 km north of Tena Tena, also situated on the banks of the river. Accommodation is in rondavels, with spacious bedrooms affording great river views. The bar overlooks a waterhole where game frequently come to drink, so you can sip a sundowner as you watch elephants wandering about the area.

- Days 5-6: Exploring the Bush
- Itinerary
At either camp, you can enjoy superb game viewing. The South Luangwa Naitonal Park is home to dense populations of mammals, birds and reptiles, with the river region being the most populated of all. The river plays host to crocodile, hippo and many water birds, so your boating safaris won't be disappointing. There are also plenty of predators and plains game to spot on game drives, and the area is home to over 400 species of bird.
- Day 7: To the Lake

A road transfer will take you back to the Mfuwe Airstrip, where you will catch a scheduled charter flight to the Lake Malawi and Club Mak airstrip. A road transfer will then take you to Pumalani Lake Lodge, your accommodation for the next 5 nights.

- Days 8-11: On Lake Malawi
- Itinerary
Pumulani Lake Lodge is situated in the South end of Lake Malawi, on one of the most beautiful shores of the lake. Being right on the lake, a range of water activities are available. You can explore the waters going snorkelling, kayaking and scuba diving, or really get active with waterskiing, tubing and wake boarding. For those wanting an experience of African culture, a village walk is offered. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the pool on the terrace, from the beach or on board a dhow cruise.
After a day filled with exciting activities, you can return to your spacious villa and enjoy the views from your private deck. After a rest, make your way to the dining and bar area, positioned high above the lake affording great views.
