The Kwena Lagoon Camp is situated in the Luamfwa Concession in the southern sector of the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia and offers spectacular game and bird watching.
This rustic tented camp, situated near the bank of the Luangwa River offers comfortable accommodation in a rugged setting.
The camp offers a unique view of the lagoon from the pool and viewing deck located on the side of the camp - an ideal vantage point from which to view game, especially during the dry season when wildlife concentrates at the river.

DiningMeals and drinks at Kwena Lagoon Camp are enjoyed under a canopy of ebony trees overlooking the lagoon. Dinner is served in the dining room or, for a more romantic experience, on the banks of the lagoon or river.
Kwena Lagoon Camp consists of 8 en-suite safari tents with indoor and outdoor showers.
Water for the camp comes from a borehole and is heated by solar panels. The electricity supply for each tent is generated from these solar panels, and is stored in a battery outside each tent.
