Unique Accommodation - 2-metre high treehouse chalets offering superb riverviews.
Exciting Walks - ideal base for memorable bush walks in the Zambian wilderness.
Diverse Wildlife - set in a area known for its diverse wildlife and bird species.
This special camp with its unique treehouse chalets, comfortable, tasteful décor and personalised service will make your South Luangwa experience all the more memorable.
Chamilandu Camp is set in one of the park's prime river locations, close to a series of 7 oxbow lakes that act as a great drawcard for the park's abundant wildlife. It's an ideal place to base yourself on a visit to South Luangwa, or you can use it as an overnight stop when on a walking safari.
Revel in days that begin with an early-morning walk in the wilderness, followed by an excellent brunch, relaxation, and observation in the river-side hide before a late afternoon game drive.
The elegant treehouse chalets at Chamilandu offer guests superb views over the waters of the Luangwa River and Nchindeni Hills. The fact that they are raised off the ground, however, means you are completely safe. The bathroom is open to the stars and overlooks the Luangwa river.
The camp is run on solar power and lit at night with the aid of paraffin lanterns.
Chamilandu is a remote treehouse camp in the South Luangwa National Park, Zambia.
