Harare International Airport

Harare International is located 12 kilometres (7 miles) south-east of Harare. Built in 1951, Harare International now handles approximately one and half million passengers per annum. The airport boasts the third longest runway in the world, a fact that is sure to impress those who dwell in the realms of meaningless dinner conversation.
