2inn1 Kensington

This superb guest house has a true home away from home feeling to it and really impressed me with its impeccable service!

We can’t speak highly enough of this hotel! It is run by the friendliest managers, who offered the best customer service we’ve ever encountered to make our stay in Cape Town a success. They have the perfect blend of efficiency and friendliness so you know they’ll do what they’ve promised, but without the “stuffiness” you sometimes get in high quality hotels.

2inn1 Kensington is probably the best place i have ever stayed at in my life. The following staff: Klaus, Chris, Kenneth and Claire couldn’t have done enough for us. The hotel is very clean and serves great breakfast. The sundowners and dvds were a brilliant experience. I would give a rating of 12 out of 10.

We enjoyed our time in Cape Town at 2Inn1 Kensington. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice. I would definitely consider staying there again. We ate well in all locations, many great restaurants. The staff at the Inns always suggested good restaurants.

2inn1, I cannot recommend highly enough. The owners sorted everything out for us from dinner reservations to taxis. The hotel itself was fantastic with superb touches from free sundowner drinks to giving us a packed lunch as we missed breakfast for our flight to Johannesburg. It was 1 of the nicest places we’ve stayed in.

We couldn’t be happier with the accommodation and warm welcome we received at 2Inn1. We had a great start to the vacation. The staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and suggested good restaurants. We also had two great daytrips, down to Cape Point and up to Kirstenbosch. The day in-between these two days was rainy so we headed down to the V&A waterfront which is a bit commercialized for our taste but we still managed to pick up a few souvenirs.

Highlight: Standing by the ocean in the early morning mist just breathing in the sea air then collecting shells on the beach – very relaxing!

The staff of the 2Inn1 was superb in assisting us with coordinating additional tours and shopping sprees. The Breakfast was delightful, with lots of healthy choices.

In short, we had an absolutely fabulous time and both agreed that it was the “trip of a lifetime”. As our vacation was unfolding, we kept saying out loud “what an incredible job Liza did for us”. Just awesome. The staff at each lodge/guest house/hotel we stayed at was comprised of the most courteous, warm, welcoming people who bent over backwards to ensure our experience was top-notch. Each place was beautiful in it’s own rway and we loved the fact that each location we stayed in was different. That was exactly what we wanted. It was great going from a Private Game Lodge in a safari setting to a beautiful spa on the river where we got the royal treatment. We then flew to Cape Town, the 2Inn1 was amazing (Klaus the owner could be the nicest man we ever met).

Our absolute favourite was the 2Inn1 Kensington in Cape Town. 2Inn1 is run by 2 friendly german guys with incredible attention to detail – very well run, chic and friendly. All the arrangements you made for us went very smoothly and we loved all places you chose for us to stay in – each place was unique.
