Ephelia Resort has no fewer than five restaurants to choose from with each offering a different dining concept and culinary experience. Organised in different sections, the buffet-style Corossol serves up a delicious range of international dishes ranging from Italian to Asian fare.
Helios on the other hand offers Mediterranean dishes for lunch in a casual yet chic atmosphere. Tapas, antipastos, creative pastas and fresh, thin-crust pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven are typical choices.
In the cool and relaxed atmosphere of Adam & Eve, guests can enjoy African-inspired dishes ranging from delicious meat-packed skewers to creative salads and fresh breads baked on site. Created with Africa in mind, Adam & Eve is open for lunch and dinner on special themed evenings and incorporates features such as a soft sand floor and granite rocks.
Ephelia’s ‘haute cuisine’ restaurant, Cyann, offers a unique concept and design for your dining experience. Try one of their signature dishes, blending French and Asian influences, as you look out over the Port Launay Marine Park.
There’s a casual atmosphere during lunch but dinner at the Cyann is a more sophisticated affair.
Seselwa offers Creole specialities along with the freshest of seafood in a casual and lively atmosphere. White furniture and bright colours contribute to the natural festive spirit and Seselwa is a popular choice for a meal.
And if you’re up for a refreshing sundowner before dinner, there is an equally wide choice of five bars to choose from – one at each of the five dining areas.
There are two beaches to choose from; a shallow bay great for kids and a bustling beach where 'its all happening'. I loved walking straight from the beach to snorkel and remember seeing manta rays, turtles and pipe fish. All in all this is resort delivers one of the best experiences and best value in the Seychelles.

The island is really beautiful. Also many things to do. We went snorkelling with a guide and had a free initiation to scuba diving in a swimming pool. We also did some kayaking and I discovered windsurfing for the first time. The helicopter flight back from the resort was an incredible surprise! A magical ending to a very luxurious and plenty of discoveries travel.
Seychelles and Ephelia Resort was stunning. The safari then dive trip was definitely the way to go.
Our stays at both Constance properties and also at Les Domaine de L’orangeraie were also wonderful – we would definitely consider future return visits with them. The next time we come to Africa, we would very much like to have a few more days on safari as well as spend at least a few more days in Seychelles.
Ephelia Resort was outstanding – great location, fantastic accommodation and facilities. The restaurants were superb and one or two nights ranked amongst some of our best eating experiences ever. The beach was great, gorgeous safe swimming beach. The options for trips were super. The very best thing about the Ephelia was service, service, service! 🙂
