Fynbos Ridge Country House and Cottages is situated in a private nature reserve overlooking the scenic Tsitsikamma Mountains. Surrounded by indigenous fynbos, this country house offers a peaceful atmosphere in its natural setting, and lies only 7km from Plettenberg Bay on the beautiful Garden Route. Fynbos Country House is located close to a variety of hiking trails and nature walks.
You’ll also find a tennis-court and swimming pool on the property, and in-room massages and beauty treatments can be arranged. The area also has golf courses and a health and wellness centre in close vicinity. The nearby towns of Plettenberg Bay and Knysna offer a number of beaches, restaurants and shops, all within easy access. Virgilia is a 70 sqm self-catering studio apartment, perfect for two guests. The apartment is located on the first floor of Fynbos Ridge and features a private entrance and balcony with fantastic views.
The apartment also features a kitchenette for guests who would prefer to self-cater. Alternatively, breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed in the restaurant, at an additional cost.

Delectable breakfasts are prepared and served in the dining room at Fynbos Ridge, or outside on the veranda. Select from a buffet of fruit, cereal, cheese, meats, croissants and scones as well as a full English breakfast made to order.
Dinner is a sumptuous affair, offering gourmet dishes prepared by Michelin-star chef, Brian using fresh and local produce or ingredients from Fynbos Ridge’s own organic herb and vegetable gardens. .
All meals are served with freshly baked homemade bread. Conveniently, freshly cooked meals may also be ordered and delivered to the cottages.
