    failed to meet expectations. The transit hotel we stayed at earlier was equally good (City Lodge OR Tambo). They worked hard at service but fell short. Even the concierge services were awkward. We had to visit three times in transit to make arrangements for the Cradle of Human kind and they still got the pick up time wrong. IC’s website has no email ability and the concierge mentioned emailing confirmations but failed to follow up. They obviously prefer the telephone and to email. For travelers that is occasionally difficult.
