Having worked at top restaurants in the United Kingdom, executive chef Oliver Cattermole creates innovative cuisine with only the best organic and ethically farmed produce from the surrounding farms.

Start the day with an artisanal buffet of fresh baked goods, berries and other fruit, honey-roasted nuts, double thick yoghurt, cheeses and more. If you would prefer something hot off the à la carte menu, try the duck's egg Benedict, brioche pain perdu or locally smoked salmon with truffle scrambled eggs. Gourmet appetisers and snacks are available throughout the day and in the afternoon the delicious lunch menu is open, featuring contemporary cuisine inspired by dishes from around the world.  Sophisticated dinners are best paired with an award-winning vintage from the cellar, followed by a tantalising dessert.
