Being the only lodge in the area, Lentorre has exclusive access to the Olkeramatian conservancy and boasts spectacular views of untouched Africa at its finest. You’re able to capture award-worthy pictures of a kudu or striped hyena drinking at the watering hole from the eye-level blind, take scenic helicopter flights over the stunning landscape, herd livestock back to their boma with traditional Maasai villagers, interact with baboons as they go about their natural activities and, depending on the water levels, even have a tranquil float on an innertube down the Ewaso Ng’iro river.

Family Villa
Depending on the age of the children, Lentorre Lodge offers the option of positioning two villas side by side (when there is a need for younger children to be right next door) or on separate levels (for older children who might want a bit more distance). Although they are in close proximity, each room has its own en suite facilities as well as stunning views of the surroundings, a dedicated plunge pool, twin or double bed, fan, power shower and luxurious bathtub.
Honeymoon Villa
A prime room that directly overlooks the waterhole (approximately 40 meters/43 yards away), guaranteeing incredible wildlife activity. This stand-alone room features a private, dedicated plunge pool, fan, power shower and luxurious bathtub.
Standard Villa
Clean lines, contemporary design and stylish modern furnishings are housed under a thatch roof in Lentorre’s four spacious, airy luxury villas. In a style that combines African elements with in-vogue décor and architecture, the opulent rooms set the golden standard for uber-luxe safaris – begging the question whether exploring the wilderness is worth leaving the comfort of your room.
Each villa is adorned with huge floor-to-ceiling glassless windows. The rolling up the canvas coverings reveals undisturbed views of the surrounding wilderness and Mount Shompole, while allowing the gentle breeze and sounds of nature to fill the room. Choose to unwind with a dip in the dedicated plunge pool or soak in the luxurious bathtub, both of which boast incredible views that lull you into a state of bliss.
General Facilities
The beautiful, open-fronted main building boasts an upper and lower common area. The epitome of elegance, it’s a favourite spot for guests who want a change of scenery from their villas to relax. Grab a drink from the bar and recline on one of the plush sofas, or opt to lounge poolside as herds of elephants’ drink from the watering hole below.
Lentorre’s natural watering hole attracts a wide variety of wildlife, such as zebras, leopards, giraffes, lions, baboons, buffalos and hyenas. And with the addition of an underground blind, guests are eye-level with the water and provided with unparalleled, photographic moments of nature at its most beautiful.
The unfenced lodge has three dedicated security guards to patrol the grounds at night, as well as a ‘taxi service’ to escort guests to and from their rooms after dusk.

Able to handle all dietary requirements and restrictions, the Lentorre team can prepare delectable dishes of much-loved cuisines on request. These fantastic meals are complemented by a well-stocked bar that includes top-shelf vodkas, gins, whiskies, rums and wines. And if the lodge doesn’t carry a specific high-end drink, they are more than willing to facilitate special requests.
Breakfast and lunch are served in the upper common area, with meals being accompanied by spectacular views across the endless conservancy. Dinner is taken in the lower common area, under the canopy of stars and overlooking the wildlife-frequented watering hole.
