Overview of Loldia House

Kenya, Lake Naivasha

Located on the shores of Lake Naivasha in Kenya, beneath a grove of acacia trees, Loldia House Safari Game Lodge is one of Kenya's oldest farms and offers charming colonial style. Ideal for romantics and families alike, the lodge offers privacy and romance as well as family-friendly facilities, all against the incredible backdrop of Lake Naivasha and the dormant volcano, Mount Longonot. Loldia is ideally situated for visits to the flamingo lakes of Elementaita, Bagoria and Nakuru, or the nearby rhino sanctuary.

Set off on foot or horseback to explore the beautiful farmlands and see where cattle graze amongst flocks of ostriches and herds of wild antelope, such as waterbuck and impala. Go fishing for tilapia on Lake Naivasha or visit the nearby Hell’s Gate National Park with its spectacular canyons, hot springs and wildlife. In addition to safari activities, you can also indulge in a spot of bird watching, tennis or golf.

Loldia House Luxury Room

Furnished in the original settler style, Loldia House offers two en suite double rooms. The Luxury Rooms are situated in the old family house, near the main veranda and pool, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. 

Get a fire crackling in the fireplace in cooler months and settle in with a good book on the comfortable four-poster bed.

The gardens that surround the farm house offer a beautiful setting for a quiet walk with incredible views of Mount Longonot in the distance and resident wildlife that wander freely.
