The freshest herbs and vegetables, homegrown in the lodge’s own kitchen garden, compliment a menu designed to satisfying discerning palates. Hearty and nourishing, without ostentation or fussiness, the kitchen serves tender meat and fresh fish dishes, complemented with a tempting spread of salads and superb vegetarian options.
To balance such wholesomeness, a memorable selection of desserts and cheeses complete each feast. Meals are served in the comfortable, open-air dining area overlooking the hippo-filled river. By prior arrangement, guests may dine in the wild proper, taking breakfast, sundowners or dinner alongside the Talek River.
