Masiya’s Camp at Royal Malewane
Masiya's Camp offers a distinctive safari experience nestled within the expansive Royal Malewane concession in South Africa's Greater Kruger. The camp features six luxurious tented suites that combine vintage charm with contemporary comfort, with panoramic views of the surrounding bush providing guests with a serene retreat.
Named in honour of Wilson Masiya, a legendary tracker whose deep knowledge and connection to the land shaped the region's conservation efforts, the camp embraces his legacy through its approach to wildlife and wilderness. Expert guides lead personalised safari excursions focused on tracking the Big Five and understanding the delicate balance of the ecosystem. This intimate setting encourages meaningful encounters with nature and a genuine appreciation for the African wilderness.
Beyond the game drives, Masiya's Camp offers a sanctuary where thoughtful design and attentive service meet sustainability and comfort. From the interactive kitchen and communal lounge to bespoke dining experiences and wellness offerings, every detail is carefully curated to ensure an immersive and memorable stay — one that celebrates both the spirit of adventure and the art of relaxation.
