Overview of Mkulumadzi

Set in a private concession, Mkulumadzi Lodge is shaded by giant leadwood and wild mango trees on the banks of the Shire River in Malawi. Within walking distance of the plunging Kapichira Falls in the Majete Reserve, Mkulumadzi is located in one of Malawi’s premier wildlife destinations but is still virtually unknown – prepare for a unique and uncrowded experience!

A range of exciting activies are on offer for you to enjoy: game drives, guided walking and boating safaris are naturally on offer but so too are trips to the nearby village and community centre. Owned and managed by Robin Pope Safaris, one of Africa’s leading safari companies, the standards of accommodation, hospitality, guiding and catering are second to none.
