Oh my gosh... where to start! Cape Town is always comfortable and feels like our second home after 4 trips there. We didn't do much except for walking to familiar places, eat and drink! Great place to unwind. O on Kloof was welcoming as usual and eve ryone took great care of us. Always a pleasure to return there.

The O on Kloof was a fantastic hotel! Since we were staying for a few nights they upgraded us to one of their luxury rooms. The room was gorgeous! The staff was extremely helpful everyday is giving us recommendations on where to go and what to do. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. We had wonderful weather while in Cape Town and enjoyed the V&A waterfront, winelands, Cape Peninsula drive, Camps Bay etc. We were usually busy from morning until night! The location of O on Kloof made it easy to get around the Cape Town area with our rental car.

"The accommodations, for the most part, were beautiful and the staff were friendly and most helpful. The private tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. O on Kloof staff anticipated our needs before we even identified our own needs"

"Cape Town was fantastic. O on Kloof was a perfect place to stay, and we were treated so well there. We were upgraded as a surprise to a very nice room, which was so nice on the part of the hotel."

A lovely place, so welcoming and helpful. Great location to stay in from the point of view of getting around, getting into CT in the evening for meals and so on. We stayed in Room 8 one night when we arrived and I would recommend that highly - no vie w but beautifully appointed and a nice feel. Room 1 was great as you said with its balcony and view but I would be very happy with Room 8 if I went again!! The staff could not have been more helpful and caring.

"As always it was absolutely perfect. They made such a nice fuss as they remembered us and the room with the big balcony was just lovely. The sunsets are so amazing in Cape Town. Went back to all our favourite haunts and naturally a tad of shopping!"

"We were very pleased with the quality, ambience and overall "can do anything" approach of the staff. Small extras make all the difference and there were plenty at On Kloof."

Mark and I agreed that 'O on Kloof' was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service we received from staff was unparalleled, especially Bernadette, the general manager. They were so helpful and friendly all the time. The location was g reat - being close to V&A, Camps Bay, Table Mountain etc. The breakfasts were incredible and we still miss them! The room was absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. My only worry is that the owner, Olaf, is planning to renovate the hotel to make it larger (and install a martini pool - whatever that is!) in June. We were worried that if the hotel gets larger it could possibly lose some of the personal touch it does so well now.
