Safarihoek’s charming luxury chalets are the perfect place to unwind after a day of game drives. The spacious en suite rooms are modern, stylish and comfortable, and fitted with every creature comfort you need – and even the ones you don’t. From the including an outdoor shower to the writing desk, minibar and coffee station, there would be little reason to leave your room but for the outstanding game viewing on offer outside.rnrnThe best feature of the luxury chalets is the view. Built on raised wooden platforms, each room comes standard with a private deck overlooking the vast savannah plain below. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowner out here while spotting zebra and elephant in the distance.rnrnSafarihoek has one luxury family chalet available for small broods as well as two classic chalets. Guests in these chalets enjoy all the features and comforts of the luxury room, except the outdoor shower.
General Facilities
A good deal of your time will be spent on game drives. On the rare occasion when you find yourself with some downtime, Safarihoek has plenty to keep you occupied.
Mornings are best spent in the double-tiered photography hide, snapping pictures and watching elephants drink from the natural watering hole nearby. Escape the afternoon heat by soaking in the swimming pool or grabbing a drink from outdoor bar. End your days off in the comfortable indoor seating area, warming up by the fire with a glass of wine from the cellar. And before you leave Safarihoek, don’t forget to pick up a souvenir at the curio shop.

But chilly evenings are best spent indoors in Safarihoek’s restaurant, which is fitted with large glass windows perfect for watching the wildlife roam by as you eat.
