Overview of Saguni Safari Lodge
Located in Botswana’s Okavango Delta with its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes, Saguni Safari Lodge gives guests the opportunity to have the ultimate Southern Africa safari experience.
Meaning “area with abundance of game and spectacular sights” in the Bushman language, Saguni is aptly named. The lodge is nestled on an island overlooking the Mbudi Lagoon in the game-rich area of Khwai. Game drives and walks have the potential to lead you to Africa’s Big 5 (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino) as well as hippo, giraffe and rare African wild dog. While mokoro trips allow you to explore the waterways of the delta in these traditional dugout canoes.
Saguni guarantees an authentic African safari experience. This under-canvas lodge will have you feeling absolutely tranquil and in touch with nature from the moment you arrive.
