The swimming pool is a wonderful, social place to cool off after a morning of game drives, or soak up the sun on one of the loungers. Adjacent to the pool area is the wellness tent, where you can truly relax and unwind.

Children will find plenty to do in the activity room which is well stocked with indoor games and other recreation facilities.

The Rift Valley Bar opens out into an amphitheatre where traditional dance performances are held in the evenings. This is also the perfect place from which to appreciate the spectacular views of the sunset over the lake and hills beyond.

Dining

The Flamingo Restaurant is aptly named to acknowledge its beautiful views over the lake. Here you can enjoy all your meals at either the indoor or outdoor dining areas.

The resident chefs enjoy preparing hearty, delicious meals to make every aspect of your stay enjoyable. You’ll always have a choice at Sarova, with buffet-styled meals dominating the menu. The continental buffet will provide all the international favourites, while the salad buffet features only the freshest ingredients and herbs from Sarova’s own vegetable garden.

End off with a range of sweet treats from the dessert buffet. For a more close-to-nature dining experience, you can tuck into delicious meals in the heart of the bush, or enjoy your meals alfresco by the poolside, in the honeymooners’ corner, or in a variety of secluded spots on the extensive grounds.
