Private House

Tortilis Camp Private House offers a completely private safari experience, with two generously sized en-suite bedrooms, a shared lounge and dining area, and a large verandah with sweeping views across the plains to Mount Kilimanjaro. A private swimming pool completes the setting — a peaceful spot to cool off between game drives or watch elephants from a distance.

Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with king-size or twin beds dressed in fine linens and draped with mosquito nets. En-suite bathrooms feature a flush toilet, basin and walk-in shower, while the living spaces are ideal for relaxed meals, conversation and quiet moments between adventures.

The house comes with its own team of staff, including a private guide, chef and safari vehicle, allowing you to set your own schedule and enjoy every aspect of Amboseli at your own pace.

Wildlife wanders at will so you don't even have to leave your private villa to see Africa's wildlife stories playing out in front of you. A private guide will teach you about the Amboseli area and local culture and with so many delicious meals we recommend packing the hiking boots to burn off some energy!
