Role Summary

In this role, the successful candidate will support our sales consultants (known as Africa Safari Experts) by ensuring that all clients receive e-documentation within 30-plus days of travel. This includes sales administration and reconfirmation of all services. You will also undertake toll-free call and enquiry management, and reception relief.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent (essential)
  • Diploma or Degree (advantageous)

 Experience

  • 1 year of travel co-ordination or general administration experience (advantageous)

 Knowledge of

  • Email and telephonic communication
  • Quality assurance
  • African / South African travel industry (advantageous)

 Functional skills

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time and task management skills
