Role Summary

Our Africa Safari Experts will create and sell tailor-made itineraries to international travellers. The successful candidate will sell locations based in Southern Africa, East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. New enquiries are provided by Go2Africa’s website and the successful candidate is responsible for generating repeat and referral enquiries through exceptional customer relationship management.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales targets / team contract
  • Quality assurance of client travel documentation
  • Customer relationship / prospect relationship management
  • Social media marketing



  • Matric or equivalent (essential)
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism (advantageous)
  • Degree in Travel and Tourism (advantageous)


  • Five plus years’ experience in Africa / South Africa safari travel (essential)
  • Business and CRM systems (essential)
  • E-marketing and social media (advantageous)
  • Product development (advantageous)

Knowledge of

  • African / South African travel industry (essential)

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail)
