Role introduction

Go2Africa is recruiting a Product Information Administrator! This role will support the Product team members with the production and task administration cycle. The Product Information Administrator will strive to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and achievement of set objectives.

Candidate requirements



  • Proven track record of success in administration, project co-ordination, task management, & time management
  • Travel industry experience in either lodges, hospitality, agency, or operator
  • Geographical knowledge of South Africa and Africa’s top tourist destinations




  • Tertiary Degree in Travel and Tourism, or related field

Inbox Administration

  • Facilitation of G2A Product Team inbox
  • Info sharing to marketing, sales & production
  • Recording and reporting on information received



  • Sourcing from suppliers
  • Vetting of information received
  • Queuing through to Production for loading



  • Facilitation of contracts received
  • Liaison between Finance and Production for supplier terms
  • Negotiation of terms
  • Signing of contracts / documents
  • Saving on SharePoint & reporting on signed contracts


General Administration Assistance

  • Assist team with overflow workload
  • Collate weekly information for sales communication newsletters


Fast Tracks

  • Facilitation of fast-track process: requesting info from supplier, collating and sharing with production
  • Reporting


Research and Requisition Assistance

  • Online research (Trip Advisor, product* websites)
  • Email Communication & Information Gathering (Images, Rates, Fact Sheets)
  • Information comparison of rates & payment terms


Data Capture and Information Processing

  • Source & process information via the production team for website for product* changes & updates


System Maintenance

  • Updating of Eddy / Baz information
  • Recosting of packages & reporting



  • Pulling reports from systems, assessing data and reporting on data



  • *Product can refer to a lodge, tour, transfer service or any other ‘product’ or ‘service’ we purchase from a supplier
  • **A package is a selection of hotels, lodges, activities, flights, and transfers combined together
