- Telephone and reception management
- Adhoc general front office administration
- Matric (essential)
- Diploma in administration (advantageous)
- At least 1 year of reception experience (essential)
- Experience of handling a busy switchboard (essential)
- General administration experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Task and Calendar management)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
