Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric (essential)
  • Diploma in administration (advantageous)

 Experience

  • At least 1 year of reception experience (essential)
  • Experience of handling a busy switchboard (essential)
  • General administration experience (advantageous)

Knowledge of

  • Switchboards
  • Administration
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Task and Calendar management)

Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail–oriented
  • Organised
  • Ability to multi-task
