Designer Honeymoon Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Go2Africa offers a unique honeymoon experience where a private investigator (PI) discreetly follows you and your partner for a period of 3 days up to a week. The PI will gather insights into your preferences, routines, and interactions to create a highly personalized honeymoon itinerary. The cost of the accommodation for the PI is for the customers account during the research phase.

2. Consent and Authorization

By booking this service, both you and your partner give explicit consent for a private investigator to observe your activities.

You confirm that you are aware of the nature of this service and understand that the PI's observations will be used solely to enhance the curation of your honeymoon experience.

3. Confidentiality

All information gathered by the PI is confidential and will be used exclusively by Go2Africa for the purpose of personalizing your honeymoon experience.

Go2Africa guarantees that no personal data or insights will be shared with third parties, unless required by law.

4. Scope of Observation

The PI will observe public activities and behaviors that are relevant to curating your honeymoon experience. This could include, but is not limited to, observing you in public, monitoring social media profiles, and talking to close family and friends.

The PI will not invade private spaces or engage in activities that could be considered intrusive or illegal, unless with explicit consent.

5. Privacy and Boundaries

You have the right to set specific boundaries for the PI's observation (e.g., no observation during certain activities or at specific locations).

The PI will respect these boundaries and will not observe beyond the agreed scope.

6. No Surveillance During Sensitive Times

The PI will not observe or record during private, sensitive, or intimate moments. Go2Africa respects your privacy and ensures that such times are entirely off-limits.

7. Data Handling and Retention

All data collected by the PI will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of curating your honeymoon.

After the curation process is complete, all data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested by you.

9. Liability

Go2Africa and its affiliates are not liable for any discomfort or unintended consequences resulting from the PI's observations, provided they remain within the agreed boundaries.

Go2Africa is not responsible for any external factors or events that might impact the observation process, including but not limited to weather conditions, public disturbances, or third-party interference.

11. Amendments

Go2Africa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes before their observation period begins.

12. Acknowledgment

By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

13. Availability

Only one Designer Honeymoon is available, and this offer expires 31 December 2024, after which time this tour is no longer bookable.
