Day 1: Leaving on the Blue Train | 1 Night

Enjoy a pre-departure drink and snack as you arrive at the Cape Town Train Station, after which you will be shown to your suite by a butler. Shortly after departure, you can head down to the dining car where for a delightful brunch.The train will arrive in Matjiesfontein in the mid-afternoon, and it is here that you can experience a page out of Victorian history. Marvel at the old historic buildings as you wander the streets of this legendary town.Return to the train for high tea which is served in the Lounge Car. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks in any of the lounges. Dinner is an elegant affair and men are requested to wear a jacket and tie, while ladies are to be in elegant evening wear.

Day 2: Roll in to Pretoria

Up arrow

Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast, served on a first come, first served basis in the dining car. Alternatively, arrange to dine in your suite. Your journey ends as the train rolls into Pretoria Station in the early afternoon.
