Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you'll be met by a driver for a road transfer to one of Entebbe's original guesthouses, The Boma Entebbe. This exclusive bed & breakfast is in a quaint suburban neighbourhood that exudes a charming atmosphere with its serene tropical gardens and 1940s architectural charm.

During the course of the day, you can delight in the modern amenities at the guesthouse or explore some of the local tourist attractions. Visit the beautiful colonial-era Botanical Gardens, just a 15-minute cycle from The Boma, which offers sights of  the Colobus Monkey – these primate trapeze artists will delight you with their aerial skills as they swing from branch to branch.

Upon returning to the guest house, you can relax by the pool and indulge in a local beer or imported wines before engaging in a fun game of pool. Cap off your first night in Uganda with an evening of convivial dining at the on-site restaurant. A gastronomic journey awaits with a multi-cuisine menu that offers European-style dishes fused with Indian, Thai, and Mediterranean flavours.

The following morning, a hotel shuttle will transfer you back to Entebbe International Airport for a flight to Kisoro Airstrip, where you'll be met for a scenic 4×4 road transfer to the luxurious Mutanda Lake Resort.

Upon arrival, you'll be invited to indulge in a delicious lunch crafted by experienced chefs who combine fresh vegetables and herbs, sourced directly from the resort’s garden, to create masterful dishes. In the mid-to-late afternoon, you'll venture out for a motorized boat trip along the tranquil Lake Mutanda. You'll delight in a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear freshwaters or simply marvel at the paradise of birds that dance between the islands of this small yet magical lagoon.

The following day, a driver will meet you for an anticipatory road transfer to the pinnacle of your Ugandan holiday – an unforgettable gorilla trekking excursion. On this tour, you'll come face-to-face with the gentle giants that reside in one of Uganda's most protected habitats – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. A once-in-a-lifetime experience will leave you feeling like an explorer as you navigate through the misty bamboo thickets to gaze upon magnificent gorillas and golden monkeys.

Your last night at Mutanda Lake Resort is capped off by fine dining in the romantic ambiance of the resort’s on-site restaurant, whose classic Swiss-style chalet design welcomes the warmth of an open crackling fire and fine dining cuisine. Breathe in the final moments of serenity, looking over the stillness of Lake Mutanda before cosying up for a final night's rest in your private luxury wooden cottage.

After a final breakfast, it’s back to Kisoro Airstrip for a flight to Entebbe International Airport. Upon arrival, you'll have the option to head back and take a hotel shuttle to The Boma Entebbe for lunch before heading back to the airport to continue your journey onwards.
