I was born and raised in Denmark. During my teenage years I was fortunate enough to travel to various counties in Europe and, after completing high school, I lived and worked in Paris and London. I then travelled to Cape Town where I met my husband, a born-and-bred Capetonian, and fell in love with both with him and the city!
I worked for various travel companies since settling in South Africa, and have tried my hand at everything - from arranging group incentive travel to running a service office for a Danish travel company. Since joining Go2Africa, I have been assisting travellers with planning their African adventures - feeling great satisfaction when they praise our stunning continent!
Never Goes on Safari Without
A pashmina shawl - it always comes in handy!
Most Memorable Experience
Sitting in the dark at Sabi Sands in South Africa, listening to three male lions roaring at each other was something very special.
Bring a headlamp or small torch as the lighting is often too faint to read in bed in tented accommodations.
Loves to Hear
When clients compliment the people, staff and guides they interacted with while travelling.
