Guest Bedrooms
The second and third guest bedrooms are elegantly furnished in a classic contemporary style and open onto a wide, private terrace with incredible ocean views. The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower level with a separate entrance to the main house and features a queen-sized bed, a spacious lounge with satellite television and an en suite bathroom. An optional inter-leading room with a single bed is available.

A beautifully-designed en suite bathroom accompanies the master bedroom, styled in black and white and featuring a magnificent bath, double vanities and large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a beautiful ball-and-claw bath tub and large walk-in shower.
Living & Dining Area
The villa's voluminous living and dining areas flow effortlessly into one another and connect to the terrace via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. Stylish, contemporary sofas and retro glass coffee tables add a touch of glamour, while an ornate gas fireplace and creamy, natural hues create a sense of tranquil harmony. A convenient guest bathroom is housed just off the kitchen and dining area, whose 10-seater dining table promises convivial entertaining.
Outside Area
A shimmering porcelain-tiled terrace and pool deck flow into a turquoise-blue salt-water pool and the incredible sea views beyond. Stylish sun loungers offer the perfect place to soak up the sun and a modern gas barbeque and outdoor dining area promise hot summer nights of dining under the stars.
A double garage provides secure parking for two cars.
