Taj Cape Town offers a number of superb restaurants. In the old Reserve Ban part of the hotel is Mint, offering informal all-day dining and opening onto vibrant St George’s Mall.

Specialising in innovative international and local dishes, this intimate restaurant has an open-plan kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling wine wall and a private mezzanine level.

The contemporary and elegant Bombay Brasserie is located on Wale Street, and offers a selection of fine Indian speciality dining. The wonderful high ceilings, luxurious décor and fine dining make the Brasserie a wonderful dinner choice.

In the old Temple Chambers building is Twankey, a cosmopolitan seafood, champagne and oyster bar.

Elegant décor, great local music, and delicious seafood tapas with top South African wines make Twankey a great start to an evening. Twankey also serves mid-morning light breakfast snacks, pastries and coffee.
