Designed to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding forest and beach, the villa is a charming collection of driftwood, stone sculptures, white textiles and delicate shell curtains, all across several levels and under high thatch ceilings. Admire ornate Tanzanian wood carvings, while at night, be cocooned in billowing muslin and soft, golden candlelight.

Seeking to capture the very essence of luxurious island living, the island has been rehabilitated to its original natural state and indigenous fauna and flora abound. Birdsong fills the air and crystal-clear waters beckon you in to snorkel or dive off untouched, teeming coral reefs. Adventure-lovers can enjoy deep-sea fishing or sea kayaking while the island’s winding forest trails are perfect for hiking or mountain biking. There are four beaches – East, West, Honeymoon and Sunset – to choose from and the island also has a library, spa and gym.
