One and Only was beautiful hotel – loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at the One&Only accommodation in Cape Town. The full package was very good .

The One and Only was very impressive and we were very well looked after . The V&A arranged a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived which was nice and the manager called to check everything was ok.

The One and Only in Cape Town could not have made us more welcome!

From the management, concierge, doormen, and waiters; they all were great. My son absolutely loved the Kids Club! Michelle (work in the club) was great with my son. The children were whisked off to see the Children’s club (which we had not even thought would be working). The only slight blip was that the large outdoor heated pool was not being heated because the boiler was being maintained (what is it about us and outdoor pools being taken out of commission!) but Nicola, the receptionist that was dealing with us said that we could use the penthouse pool and she arranged to have it heated for the children. The rooms were fantastic with the interleading working very well and the views of Table Mountain absolutely stunning. We actually ate in the restaurant two nights because the food was such good quality and although marginally more expensive than eating out in the Waterfront was worth that premium payment. The children visited the kids club for the odd half hour when we were packing or getting ready for going out and always came back with creative things they had made with the carers such as South African flag fridge magnets or painted t-shirts.
