Beach Bungalow 52 is set over three levels with its main split-level living area offering a comfortable lounge and dining area. Take a step higher and you find an extremely well-equipped kitchen; there is also a kitchenette in the lower entertainment lounge for preparing drinks and snacks. The main lounge opens onto a covered deck with a heated swimming pool; there are hammocks and sun loungers to relax in as well as an outdoor shower for a post-ocean rinse.

It is a property designed for entertaining and relaxing: you have complimentary Wi-Fi access as well as an excellent home entertainment system complete with satellite television, retro turntable and Bose sound system. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are available, and the property enjoys air conditioning and under-floor heating.

Beach Bungalow 52 has a 24-hour alarm and a security guard can be arranged on request. There is parking for one rental car in a dedicated bay on the street above the property.

Dining

Meals and drinks are for your own account atBeach Bungalow 52 but a continental breakfast can be arranged on request. The property is fully equipped for complete culinary independence: there is a 6-seater breakfast bar and a 10-seater dining table, and the main kitchen has a Gaggenau hob, Nespresso machine and double wine fridge among its many modern appliances. A kitchenette on the lower floor is convenient for casual cooking and snacks and outside you will find a barbeque set, perfect for balmy summer evenings.

The restaurants and bars of Camps Bay are a short drive or walk away, and it is here that you will find the nearest supermarket for you to stock up on provisions. Take a longer drive and you will have the huge range of restaurants at the V&A Waterfront or in the city centre to choose from.
